YOUR BLANK. YOUR ISLAND. YOUR IDEA.Start an apparel brief

Plan apparel for your team

Build a clear apparel brief for your team, event or organisation. Start with what each person needs to wear, then bring the quantities and branding details together.

Choose by role and use

Think about who will wear the clothing and what they will be doing. Reception staff, event crews, clubs and community groups may need different garment types, fits and branding positions. Describe those needs so a supplier can suggest suitable options.

Use the garment catalogue to explore categories. T-shirts, golf shirts, hoodies and sweaters, and headwear are options to discuss. Confirm the actual product and specifications in your quote.

Build one line for each requirement

  • Team or role, such as event crew or reception.
  • Garment type and preferred colour.
  • Quantity and complete size breakdown.
  • Logo position, names, numbers or other personalisation.
  • Any need to match an existing uniform.

Keep different garments and colours on separate lines. Use the size guide to organise measurements and size choices before placing an order.

Include the practical details

State the island or destination, your preferred date to receive the garments and any collection or delivery requirements. Ask about samples if you need to assess fit, colour or branding before approving a larger order.

For future replacements, ask the supplier to record the agreed product reference and specifications. Repeat availability should be checked when you need it.

Prepare the enquiry

Create your team enquiry brief, then request a quote that identifies the supplier, garments, currency, taxes, branding charges and fulfilment arrangements. The planner lets you copy or download the brief; it does not send it.
